Why You’ll Love This Role FIFO roster: 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off Attractive salary up to $180,000 (pro rata), plus super Flights booked and paid for by the clinic (from anywhere in Australia) Accommodation provided – private bedroom, own bathroom, shared kitchen & living Personal-use car included within the community utilities covered (fuel, electricity, water) Your Day-to-Day Provide expert NP-level clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Prescribe, order diagnostics, and manage care plans independently Lead preventative health initiatives and education programs Work alongside a dedicated clinic team: 4 full-time nurses, clinic manager, Aboriginal health workers, admin staff, and visiting GPs/allied health Mentor nursing staff and contribute to community health outcomes About the Clinic Multidisciplinary Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service 50 staff across 3 locations, with visiting doctors and allied health specialists Monday–Friday only (no weekends), minimal on-call requirements Strong emphasis on culturally safe, holistic healthcare What We’re Looking For AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner (3 years post-registration) Skilled in primary healthcare, chronic disease management & preventative health Culturally aware, with the ability to build trust in Aboriginal communities Police Check, Working With Children Check & current driver’s licence Benefits & Perks Up to $180k salary package (pro rata, depending on FIFO roster) Flights booked and paid directly by the clinic Accommodation & utilities covered car for local use Stable, supportive multidisciplinary team environment Professional development & cultural learning opportunities Sound like you?
